Sonja Barber

Sonja has been a resident of Cape Cod for close to 30 years, which gives her the advantage of having extensive knowledge of the local community and current housing market.  She has over 20 years experience in the construction industry,  primarily serving as a project manager for both commercial and residential projects, as well as becoming a real estate agent in 2013.   Her clients greatly appreciate having an agent who knows the local Cape Cod community, and who can also detect any issues or improvements that need to be made to a property; someone who is able  to provide sound solutions and solid contacts for every situation that comes up.  Sonja's clients are always happy to have someone who listens to what they truly need in order to bring them satisfaction, whether purchasing or selling a property.
